Text:  Hebrews 4:14-16; Revelation 4:1-11

In Revelation chapter 4, Apostle John gives us a graphic description of God's throne room, God's livingroom.  This helps us to understand His taste and the image He wants to project of Himself.  So we can boldly come to Him.  the highlights of what he wrote are as follows:

-  That God sits onthe throne everytime (Rev.4:2).  Same thing is said in 1 King 22:19; Is.6:1-2; Ezekiel 1:25-28.  Sitting implies that His work is completed; that He is at rest; whereas standing is an image of someone who is still working.  So, He has completed His work of salvation, healing, victory etc and we are to be beneficiaries of Hi swork.
